REFLECTION

Experience
As I've understood from this module so far, we're needed to understand the imaginative concept of expressing words, even for the simplest expression, starting from a single word, to a sentence, to a headline and to a paragraph. This also made me understand how crucial arranging and designing words are as it's job to keep it looking attractive. It would help me a lot to go through graphic design related stuffs. At first, I may have struggled a little as I'm a type of person who likes to go extra on my artworks, while my assignments require me to go simpler.   However as times go by, I'm starting to catch up on the concept of graphic design where it doesn't have to look complex to look attractive.

Observation
As times pass, I'm getting more of a fondness for Adobe Illustrator as it is the key program. I get to be experimental with the program where in this class.. we're more headed towards Typography which is a good way to start learning Adobe Illustrator. Soon after, we're introduced another program which was InDesign. I must say that it was quite a hassle and a bit of a challenge to adapt, but thanks to Mr. Max.. I'm managed to catch up with his tutorials and ways of using InDesign.

Findings
I discovered that the design process holds equal importance to the final result; it guides us in identifying and tackling objectives from various angles, while offering opportunities to unleash our creativity through different iterations of Typography design. I also realized that a strong understanding of Typography fundamentals, particularly its historical evolution and key terminology, is essential for producing engaging designs and improving the quality of our work. Finally, I am grateful for all the knowledge I have gained over the past weeks and look forward to further exploring and expanding my understanding of Typography.
